* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 8 years of experience with software system design, architecture, and creating technical design documentation in a manufacturing or supply chain environment., * Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, managing product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations.
 * Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.

## Description

* Develop software applications and test automation frameworks for a manufacturing environment, adhering to industry standard software development lifecycle practices.
 * Interact with internal users to gather business requirements and review software specifications.
 * Lead cross-functional design projects that may require interactions outside the company.
 * Mentor junior team members.
