## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree preferred, or 8+ years of business experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 * Understanding of health regulations and HR best practices within the QSR industry.
 * ServSafe certification (or equivalent).
 * Valid driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
 * High energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

## Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for franchisees in your assigned region.
 * Create and execute strategic business plans for individual franchisees based on operational and financial goals.
 * Conduct regular in-store visits and scheduled meetings to assess performance and provide coaching.
 * Proactively identify and resolve concerns within the franchise community quickly and effectively.

Operations & Compliance

 * Ensure franchisees uphold the terms of their Franchise Agreement and adhere to brand standards.
 * Partner with Compliance Managers to manage, refine, and improve compliance visit procedures.
 * Keep franchisees informed of health regulations, operational updates, and company policy changes.
 * Support new store openings, transfers, and in-store training; complete Final Construction Inspections.

Reporting & Communication

 * Deliver quarterly store performance updates to Yogurtland executive management.
 * Prepare and present weekly updates to the Operations team during department meetings.
 * Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of all franchisee interactions and reports.

Marketing & Team Development

 * Recommend and help formulate marketing ideas tailored to specific franchisee demographics.
 * Provide operational coaching and team-building ideas to support franchisee staff development.
