Frequent mental and visual concentration required in managing deadlines and multiple priorities. * Primarily daytime, on-site work during normal business hours * Occasional evening or weekend maintenance and participation in an on-call rotation * Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds of computer equipment and supplies * Ability to work safely in production environments ## Description As a Desktop Support II, you'll provide hardware, software, and systems support throughout Security Financial Bank. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain workstation and network equipment, assist with business continuity initiatives, and work closely with employees and third-party vendors to ensure our technology remains secure, reliable, and efficient. Success in this role comes from combining strong technical knowledge with excellent communication, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to help others.
