## About the Role

* Minimum 8 years of industry experience delivering Power Platform (PP) workflow solutions
 * Proven expertise in designing and building enterprise grade Power Platform workflows
 * Work directly with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders; strong communication skills required
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in the US banking domain
 * Collaborate with senior enterprise architects to ensure alignment on solution and architectural decisions
 * Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines, * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
 * Strong understanding of workflow automation, connectors, triggers, and governance
 * Experience working with enterprise architecture teams
 * Banking domain experience (US banking preferred)

Desirable Skills:

 * Exposure to cloud based integration patterns
 * Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
 * Experience with automation in regulated environments
