## About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong full-stack development experience to join a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a technical leader who can drive architecture, mentor developers, and actively contribute to coding in a cloud-native environment.
Key Requirements:

 * 10+ years of software development experience
 * 2+ years of recent Technical Lead experience
 * Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
 * Frontend experience with React or Angular (mandatory)
 * Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB), Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and Splunk
 * Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
 * Excellent technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
 * Ropes Coding Assessment is required
