## Description

We are looking for a mid-level, seasoned Agile Lead / Scrum Master to support multiple engineering teams within an enterprise environment. This is a long-term initiative (approx. 2 years) where you will play a key role in driving Agile practices and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities

 * Work closely with Product Managers to manage and prioritize backlogs
 * Partner with engineering teams to drive Agile delivery and execution
 * Collaborate with other Agility Leads across teams
 * Support 4 engineering teams (2 existing, 2 in build phase)
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices
 * Help teams adapt quickly to evolving technologies and processes
 * Apply strong organizational and negotiation skills to remove blockers
