* Strong Azure Cloud experience (Mandatory).
 * Strong full-stack development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Entity Framework.
 * Experience in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET) development is required.
 * Proven Architecture & System Design experience.
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
 * Prior technical leadership or Lead Developer experience preferred.
 * Mortgage domain experience is a plus.
 * Local candidates in or near Coppell/Dallas, TX are strongly preferred due to the hybrid work model and face-to-face client interviews.
