## Description

As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our company's technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing technology solutions to meet the needs of our business. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company., Evaluate and analyze current technology systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

 - Develop and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees and clients
 - Manage and maintain hardware and software systems, including updates and backups
 - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
 - Provide technical support and training to employees on new and existing systems
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions for business needs
 - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
 - Monitor and maintain network and server performance to ensure optimal functionality
 - Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
 - Assist with IT procurement and budgeting processes
