 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st Level Support und 2nd Level Support
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender per Telefon, Remote oder vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Laptops und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung, z. B. über Active Directory
 * Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Themen an den 3rd Level Support
