First National Bank of America is seeking friendly and professional Resolutions Support to efficiently serve our residential borrowers resolving delinquent accounts. The candidate must be a quick learner that has the capabilities to multi-task in our fast paced environment., * High School Diploma/GED

 * Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
 * Previous Customer Service experience
 * Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work or real estate experience a plus but not required, entry level para legal
 * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!

## Description

* Work directly with case managers
 * Work with title companies
 * Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
 * Review mortgage documents
 * Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
 * Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
 * Resolves client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
 * Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulation
 * And any other duties
 * Complete transfer tax forms
 * Draft various legal documents
