This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's server infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and high-performing., Server & Cloud Infrastructure * Manage and maintain Azure-hosted servers, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and decommissioning. * Administer Linux-based servers, including patching, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IIS web servers, application pools, bindings, and hosted applications. * Plan and execute server capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and server lifecycle management in collaboration with the IT Director. * Networking & Domain Services * Manage internal and external DNS records, zones, and related changes. * Procure, install, renew, and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates across servers and applications. * Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other domain-related infrastructure services. * Security & Compliance * Apply operating system security hardening and infrastructure best practices across Windows and Linux environments. * Manage server patching and update cycles to maintain system reliability and security. * Monitor infrastructure for vulnerabilities and respond to security alerts affecting server environments. * Support security audits and remediation efforts alongside the IT Director and external partners.
