* Degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related technical field
 * Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms
 * Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical standards
 * Experience in mechanical, civil, or electrical drafting preferred
 * Excellent attention to detail and strong spatial reasoning skills
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 * Collaborate with engineers and project teams to translate concepts into accurate technical designs
 * Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
 * Maintain and organize design files, blueprints, and engineering documentation
 * Support project lifecycle from concept development through final design deliverables
 * Perform quality checks on drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and completeness
 * Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback into design revisions
