Strong experience with multinational financial processes (intercompany, consolidation)

## Description

* Involvement in financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and eliminations for multinational organizations
 * Lead role in RAR implementations (FLC projects) and support in multiple SAP implementation cycles
 * Opportunity to work in a consulting services environment with global exposure
 * Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA implementations (preferred/plus)

Your Role

 * Act as RAR Lead for 2-3 full lifecycle implementations and sub-module lead for 5-8 implementations
 * Manage onshore and offshore teams, including deliverables and project execution
 * Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members on technology, architecture, and delivery
 * Build team collaboration and alignment, creating a shared vision and direction
 * Engage with senior stakeholders/C-level executives and present solutions effectively
 * Ensure knowledge transfer, best practices, and continuous improvement within teams
 * Contribute to solution design discussions and present multiple technology viewpoints
