This is an opportunity for design-driven professionals with strong technical expertise who are eager to take on increased responsibility within a highly collaborative, detail-oriented practice. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of post-graduate professional experience (5-year B.Arch or M.Arch), licensed or pursuing licensure, who are currently based in the New York City area or able to relocate in the near term. Who You Are You are technically rigorous, detail-oriented, and confident in translating design concepts into clear, coordinated construction documents. You thrive in a fast-paced studio environment where collaboration, accountability, and design excellence are core values.
