This role manages Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and other core technology platforms. The Systems Administrator works closely with the Director of IT to ensure enterprise systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and capable of supporting Hana's continued growth., Infrastructure Administration - * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and core infrastructure platforms. * Monitor system health, perform capacity planning, and maintain infrastructure documentation. * Implement server maintenance, patching, and performance optimization. Microsoft 365 Administration - * Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing, and security. * Manage Conditional Access, MFA, email security, retention policies, and compliance features. Network & Cybersecurity - * Administer enterprise networking including switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, and VLANs. * Monitor, maintain, and improve the organization's cybersecurity posture. * Support vulnerability remediation, identity management, endpoint protection, incident response, and security compliance initiatives. Backup, Disaster Recovery & Monitoring - * Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Perform backup validation, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning. * Proactively monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity while performing root cause analysis and preventative maintenance.
