* Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows environments.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
 * Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
 * Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
 * Experience with networking, cybersecurity, and business software is a plus.
 * Insurance industry experience is helpful but not required.

## Description

* Provide Help Desk support for computers, printers, phones, copiers, Microsoft 365, and office software.
 * Configure and deploy computers, workstations, and technology for new employees.
 * Administer Microsoft 365, email accounts, licensing, MFA, and ShareFile.
 * Maintain user accounts across multiple business applications, including our agency management system.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Support system updates, software installations, licensing, and technology projects.
 * Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.
 * Run agency reports and assist with various administrative and operational functions.
