## About the Role

* Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP
 * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
 * Hands-on expertise in:
 * XDM schema design (field groups, datatypes, identity namespaces)
 * Profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching
 * AEP APIs
 * Proven experience:
 * Executing CDP POCs (segmentation, identity, ingestion validation)
 * Evaluating impact of CDP changes on AJO journeys and CJA reporting
 * Strong data integration experience:
 * Snowflake * AEP ingestion
 * Data mapping and transformation
 * Working knowledge of:
 * dbt pipelines (snapshots, incremental loads, transformations)
 * RBAC / ABAC governance and multi-LOB data separation strategies
 * Sandbox strategy, schema migration, and environment promotion
 * Ability to:
 * Translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture
 * Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow (CDP * AJO * CJA)

 * GitHub, and CI/CD deployment practices
