As part of our Transformation Office Advisory team, this person will bring management consulting experience supporting clients through large-scale transformation initiatives by helping organizations establish and enhance transformation office capabilities that drive delivery excellence, governance, value realization, and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate is an experienced consultant who enjoys solving complex business problems, leading client-facing workstreams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes. This role will initially support a leading Chicago-based healthcare client on complex enterprise transformation initiatives, offering the opportunity to partner with executive stakeholders while helping deliver strategic business and technology transformation.
