 * Professional working proficiency in English

## Description

* Oversee project execution, ensuring technical, quality, cost, and profitability objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.
 * Manage workforce planning, including hiring contract workers, tracking labor, completing timesheets, and addressing personnel issues.
 * Lead and train teams, providing daily goals, supervision, and technical training to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
 * Monitor job progress, manage costs using tracking reports and Bluebeam, and adjust crews and materials as needed.
 * Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, quality control, and open communication at assigned sites.
 * Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales teams.
 * Track moves, adds, and changes for job materials and labor, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
 * Oversee materials management, including ordering supplies, setting up deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and safety regulations, and project documentation requirements.
 * Conduct technical training classes to develop team skills and improve overall efficiency.
