## About the Role

* Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience

 * Strong proficiency in:

 * Python & Django

 * JavaScript

 * HTML & CSS

 * HTMX & Alpine. JS

 * Experience building and maintaining web applications end-to-end

 * Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, or

equivalent hands-on experience. Candidates with strong portfolios or demonstrated experience

building scalable web applications are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

 * Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment

 * Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards

 * Understanding of:

 * Secure data handling

 * User access controls

 * Basic encryption practices

 * Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems

## Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Django and Python

to support the development of internal platforms and tools.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced

environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up. This is an individual contributor, * Develop and maintain web applications using Django (Python)

 * Build front-end functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

 * Design and support internal dashboards, tools, and workflows

 * Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions

 * Ensure applications are secure, efficient, and scalable
