## Description

* End-User Support: Provide frontline technical support to employees in person or via remote access.
 * System Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (computers, printers) and software.
 * Network Administration: Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections, and maintain firewalls and antivirus protocols.
 * Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up workstations for new hires and wipe or recover equipment when staff leave.
 * Asset Tracking: Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
 * Documentation: Record support requests, fixes, and procedures within a ticketing system or knowledge base.
