An understanding of Accounting and Finance to bridge systems and processes will maximize execution with Del Playa's accounting team and CFO. Familiarity with accounting processes is beneficial. Success in this position comes from designing scalable system solutions, translating business requirements into technical configurations, and delivering exceptional client implementation experiences., * 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience. * Demonstrated experience leading multiple ERP implementation projects. * Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, and security administration. * Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and business process analysis. * Experience supporting data migration and system integration. * Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party software integrations. * Strong project management and client-facing consulting experience. * Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST) with flexibility based on client collaboration and project deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms. * Ability to communicate effectively with US partners and teams Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. * Sage Intacct Implementation Certification. * Experience with Sage Intacct Platform Services. * Experience integrating Sage Intacct with Salesforce, HubSpot, Bill.com, Expensify, Avalara, Rippling, ADP, or similar business applications. * Experience working with U.S.-based accounting firms, finance organizations, or ERP consulting companies. * Exposure to financial reporting and accounting workflows is preferred but not required.
