## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Water Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering initiatives from conceptual design through construction completion. You will serve as a technical authority, driving the success of water and wastewater treatment projects while mentoring junior engineering staff to ensure high-quality, sustainable infrastructure delivery.
Responsibilities

 * Direct the full project lifecycle, including scope development, proposal preparation, and technical design oversight for water treatment plants and distribution systems.
 * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of municipal utility infrastructure.
 * Lead and mentor junior engineering teams, fostering professional growth and technical excellence within the department.
 * Coordinate with municipal agencies and stakeholders to secure project approvals and maintain strong professional relationships.
 * Utilize AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite to produce high-quality design documentation and project reports.
 * Drive business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities and maintaining client satisfaction.
