## About the Role

This position requires strong program leadership, enterprise scheduling expertise, stakeholder management, and experience working with SAP business processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

 * 11-15 years of experience in Program Management, Enterprise Transformation, or Portfolio Management.
 * Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or restructuring initiatives.
 * Strong expertise in integrated master scheduling, dependency management, and program governance.
 * Experience working with enterprise business systems, preferably SAP across:
 + Finance
 + Human Resources
 + Procurement
 + Supply Chain Management
 * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies; SAFe experience is preferred.
 * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

 * Enterprise PMO or Portfolio Management experience.
 * Organizational Change Management experience.
 * Experience supporting enterprise restructuring or business transformation initiatives.
 * Knowledge of enterprise asset management processes.
 * Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to support a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives, manage integrated program schedules, identify dependencies, and ensure successful execution across multiple portfolios., * Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide technology workstreams supporting business transformation and restructuring initiatives.

 * Partner with business leaders, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Agility Enablement, and other technology teams to align priorities and execution plans.
 * Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules across multiple programs and technology portfolios.
 * Identify cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and blockers while driving timely resolution and executive-level decision making.
 * Establish governance processes, operating cadences, and reporting mechanisms to ensure predictable program execution.
 * Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support organizational readiness and successful business transitions.
 * Ensure compliance, operational readiness, and smooth transitions involving enterprise systems, business processes, and data.
 * Define, monitor, and report key program metrics, milestones, and performance indicators.
 * Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
 * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery and execution.
