Our work encompasses a wide range of typologies and scales, including ground-up mixed-use and multi-family buildings, commercial office buildings, hospitality projects, single-family homes, and master planning. We believe this method of practice enriches all of the projects in the office Our team leverages considerable experience and skill to create buildings and spaces that are exceptionally well-made, urbanistically considerate, and designed to enhance the experience of both the public realm and the building occupants. Our design process is non-dogmatic, intensely collaborative, and focused on understanding and responding to project-specific characteristics for each project. The candidate we're looking for has strong design and technical skills and a range of local experience. They will work alongside Project Managers and Principals to execute architectural designs across all project phases. The position will be responsible for taking a leadership role on multiple projects at various scales, and will include mentoring and managing junior staff throughout all project phases.
