Preferred Qualifications * Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar technologies. * Experience maintaining or extending enterprise design systems or component libraries. * Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and UI quality assurance practices. * Experience reviewing code, mentoring developers, or providing technical design feedback. * Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is a plus. * Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or developer-focused AI tools is beneficial but not required. ## Description We are looking for experienced Frontend Software Engineers to contribute to AI training and evaluation initiatives by applying real-world frontend development expertise. In this role, you will help train next-generation AI systems by creating, evaluating, and improving high-quality user interfaces based on detailed design specifications and engineering best practices. This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional product development role. Contributors will work on project-based AI training and evaluation tasks designed to improve how AI systems understand frontend engineering, UI implementation, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web development workflows. No prior AI experience is required. What matters most is your frontend engineering expertise, attention to visual detail, and ability to translate complex design requirements into production-quality interfaces.
