 * Expertise in equipment troubleshooting including hardware repairs and software diagnostics
 * Hands-on experience managing Active Directory accounts and permissions; familiarity with GPO for policy management
 * Proficiency with operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11/Windows Server), macOS, and Linux distributions
 * Microsoft Office suite applications for end-user support
 * Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware components effectively and manage computer systems using SCCM or similar tools
 * Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset; able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
 * Experience working with help desk platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for ticket tracking and resolution documentation
 * Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions for supporting smartphones and tablets

## Description

* Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone, or in person, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
 * Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
 * Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
 * Assist in maintaining and updating IT infrastructure components such as Windows Server environments.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot computer networking issues using analysis skills to identify root causes and implement solutions
 * Utilize tools like N-Able for ticket management and documentation of support activities
