Hybrid remote arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. ## Description We're looking for a seasoned designer whose honed graphic arts skill set shines on the web. The majority of this role involves designing, building, and updating WordPress websites for client companies across the USA - from initial mockups through polished, live sites. Alongside the web work, you'll take on traditional brand identity projects including logos, brand spec documents, brochures, and other print materials. This is a hands-on creative position for someone who takes pride in polished, professional work - and who can carry a brand's identity seamlessly from print to screen. What You'll Do * Design website mockups and layouts that translate each client's brand into an effective web experience * Build, update, and maintain client websites in WordPress for businesses across the country * Design logos and complete brand identities, including brand specification documents * Create print materials including brochures, postcards, flyers, and marketing collateral * Collaborate with our marketing and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns * Edit video content for client marketing (a plus, not a core requirement), * How do you build in WordPress - what's your stack, and why? * Tell me about a client who was unhappy or losing confidence in the relationship.
