 * Department of Commerce or NTIA experience.
 * Hybrid or multi-cloud database experience.

## Description

Designs, implements, secures, optimizes, and supports Azure SQL, Managed Instance, Cosmos DB, and hybrid database environments while collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams., * Design and manage Azure SQL Database, Azure Managed Instance, and Cosmos DB.

 * Optimize database performance, indexing, and storage.
 * Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability.
 * Implement security, auditing, and compliance controls.
 * Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
 * Support CI/CD and DevOps automation.
 * Troubleshoot database issues and mentor junior staff.
