## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
 * Extensive experience in Hospitality projects REQUIRED. Must have 1-2 completed hotel projects in your portfolio, otherwise application will not be considered. Experience with renovations within existing buildings preferred but not required.
 * Experience in collaboration with Interior Design firms.
 * 5-8 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms
 * Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD
 * Strong organizational and time management skills
 * English proficiency required, both spoken and written
 * Legal US work status required

## Description

* Develop design and construction documents
 * Delegate tasks to a team
 * Construction administration
 * Provide technical guidance about materials and specifications
 * Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and manage deadline submissions
 * Work independently as well as collaboratively
