An essential function of this position may include operating a 15-passenger van to transport participants and support agency programs, services, and other agency-related activities as needed. * Incumbent must also have reliable means of transportation to travel to various locations outside of the office. * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends). * Must complete FBI fingerprinting and a satisfactory criminal background check must be received. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time, and have sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a phone, computer keyboard, and other office equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds. ## Description JOB SUMMARY: The Youth Services Data & Programming Lead provides leadership for front-end program operations by integrating recruitment, intake, programming, employer engagement, data management, and performance reporting across all Youth Services programs. The position ensures compliance with funding requirements, achievement of program benchmarks, and consistent delivery of responsive programming in partnership with schools, employers, community organizations, and in response to agency and community requests.
