 * Generative AI experience such as RAG solutions, LLM-powered applications, chatbot implementations, or model fine-tuning.
 * Experience with event-driven architectures and asynchronous programming.
 * Strong leadership, mentoring, and technical architecture experience., * React.js experience.
 * OpenSearch/Elasticsearch experience.
 * Experience building highly scalable education, SaaS, or consumer-facing platforms.

* Lead design and development of scalable backend solutions in AWS.
 * Build and enhance student-facing products used by millions of users.
 * Partner with product owners, architects, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
 * Develop modern applications using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and React.
 * Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical coaching.
 * Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
 * Help shape and implement Generative AI solutions and engineering standards.
