This role will directly impact millions of guest interactions while supporting franchisee-facing tools and operational systems. This is not a traditional people-management-only role. The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader who contributes production code daily (50-70% hands-on), drives architectural direction, elevates engineering standards, and mentors engineers to improve overall team capability. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Brand leadership to build innovative digital solutions that enhance guest satisfaction, drive sales growth, and modernize the Firehouse Subs technology ecosystem. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Jacksonville, FL.
