 * Familiarity with deliverable tracking, project coordination, or technical writing/editing

## Description

Location: On-site - DeKalb or Urbana, IL (with possible support to other Mid-Continent science centers)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program / Business Support Analyst to provide administrative, coordination, and program-support services to a federal science organization. You'll keep projects on track, produce clear reporting, and be the organizational glue that helps scientists and managers focus on the mission.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide administrative and clerical support using standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email)
 * Prepare, maintain, and distribute correspondence, reports, manuals, training materials, and documentation
 * Track deliverables, schedules, and task-order activity; maintain automated tracking of personnel, due dates, and program data
 * Prepare reports on cost, schedule, and technical progress; compile status updates and briefing materials
 * Coordinate meetings, workshops, and logistics; record and document meeting results
 * Support program coordination across technical, budget, and management stakeholders
