## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Marine Engineering, or related field.
 * 3+ years of experience designing mechanical or electromechanical products.
 * Experience with electric motors, propulsion systems, robotics, aerospace, marine systems, automotive systems, or autonomous vehicles.

## Description

Product Design, Reverse Engineering & Development

 * Design and develop high-performance electric motors, propulsion systems, and electromechanical assemblies for land, air and sea drone technologies.
 * Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
 * Optimize designs for: Efficiency, Durability, Thermal performance, Weight reduction and Manufacturability
 * Support reverse engineering, prototyping and product transition into manufacturing.
 * Define and benchmark products against performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability metrics.
 * Generate engineering reports identifying opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
 * Develop next-generation designs that exceed competitor performance while maintaining production scalability.

Manufacturing Support

 * Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
 * Support tooling, fixture, and process development.
 * Work with suppliers to improve component quality and reduce cost.
 * Assist in transitioning new products from prototype to production.
