## Description

PRISM Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and maintaining strong business relationships. This position is a pure business development "hunter" role focused on strategic client acquisition, distinct from recruitment-focused sales., * Hunt: Identify and close new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.

 * Sell: Pitch complex IT Staffing, SOW, MSA, and Project-based solutions.
 * Expand: Penetrate new markets and build a book of business from the ground up.
 * Negotiate: Secure high-margin contracts and manage senior-level client relationships.
