Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven microservices.
Database: Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, including complex SQL writing, PL/SQL, and query optimization.
Engineering Best Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

## Description
