Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ## Description The Workflow Ops Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing SelectQuote's routing operations to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions for system enhancements. As part of this they will partner closely with the Routing & Workflow teams to take a concept and project manage the initiative through design requirements implementation and execution in support of the broader organization's objectives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail possess strong organizational skills is a strong communicator and closely collaborates with cross-functional teams.
