## About the Role

* 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
 * Strong SAP transformation experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred)
 * Proven success leading change for large, complex enterprise programs
 * Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills
 * Experience supporting global or multi-market deployments preferred

In this role, you will:

 * Lead change strategy, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments
 * Develop and execute communications, engagement, and learning plans
 * Create change and enablement materials, including job aids and quick reference guides
 * Monitor business readiness, adoption, risks, and overall change progress
 * Partner with program leaders and market teams to support deployment and cutover activities
 * Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk mitigation recommendations
