 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
 * Commitment to design excellence
 * Ability to collaborate in teams on large projects and/or lead documentation of smaller projects
 * Significant experience and demonstrated ability in detailing and construction documents
 * Experience in leading consultant coordination
 * Organizational and project management skills; ability to transition between different projects at multiple scales, ability to meet deadlines
 * Experience in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction
 * Strong design and graphic skills
 * Proficiency with 2D drafting software. Working knowledge of VectorWorks a plus
 * Proficiency with 3D modeling software. Working knowledge of SketchUp a plus
 * Adobe software and other presentation software skills a plus
 * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 * Experience in sustainable design
 * Professional work ethic essential
