* 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
 * Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs
 * Experience replacing motherboards and LCD screens
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience who enjoy working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities

 * Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
 * Replace hardware components including:

 * Motherboards
 * LCD screens
 * Hard drives
 * Keyboards
 * PC peripherals
 * Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
