Extensive work experience, academic work or certifications in user experience fields are also welcome., * 5+ years' experience in UX writing, UX design or content design * Experience with AI, conversational or agent-based content design (writing for chatbots, voice assistants, LLM-powered products or similar) * 2+ years' experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices, including using product management software (Rally, Jira) * 2+ years' experience with mobile app and mobile web products * 2+ years' experience collaborating with internal team members (experience designers, accessibility experts, product owners, engineers) * 2+ years' experience with UX wireframing, UX flows and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects with prototyping software such as Figma and Miro * Experience in pharmacy, health care or other regulated fields (insurance, finance, etc.) * Knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar * Portfolio should include work on mobile apps, digital products and/or services, service design or human-centered designs * Experience with analyzing usability testing, A/B testing, analytics and other key performance metrics * Experience shaping content by working with cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Skills * Experience working in a large organization or at an enterprise level * Experience or exposure to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and writing for grade level and other regulatory constraints * Experience working with usability testing, taxonomy, design systems, content management systems, information architects and accessibility SMEs * Experience updating existing content to new guidelines * Experience with prompt design or system-prompt content for LLM-based products * Experience defining or maintaining a brand voice framework ## Description As a Content Designer, you'll draw on your knowledge of content, design, brand guidelines, accessibility standards and competitive research to shape Health100. You'll collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to adapt and improve our user experience. In this role you'll support content across the following teams: Health (helping members find care and manage their medical records), Benefits (insurance coverage and partner programs) and our AI health assistant. You'll help shape AI agent identity, voice and response patterns across surfaces. You'll also support conversational design efforts as a secondary responsibility. To be successful, you'll need to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, conversational content that users can act on.
