## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart
 * Tech leadership for junior developers
 * Solid understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)
 * Experience integrating APIs (REST, JSON)
 * Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices
 * Hands-on experience with mobile testing strategies (unit, widget, integration tests)
 * Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
 * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Codemagic)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Experience using AI tools to meaningfully improve development efficiency
 * Fluency in English and Italian
 * Valid EU work permit or eligibility to work in the EU

Nice to Have

 * Experience with native mobile development (iOS: Swift/Objective-C, Android: Kotlin/Java)
 * Previous experience in Agile environments
 * Background in FinTech or banking products
 * Familiarity with Firebase ecosystem
 * Knowledge of mobile security best practices
 * Italian language skills

## Description

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, quality, and evolution of our mobile applications.
You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features while continuously improving performance, scalability, and maintainability. Beyond coding, you'll act as a technical reference within the team, contributing to best practices, mentoring peers, and influencing technical decisions.
This is an opportunity to build meaningful products used by real customers while helping scale a modern mobile engineering culture.
