Must be very familiar with the Standard SDLC processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology. Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required. Ability to communicate with senior management, both internally and externally. Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite - including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Experience working with databases including using SQL & PL/SQL to create queries and validate data is a strong plus. ## Description Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs. Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog. Represent and share the product vision to the scrum teams Lead the Functional Grooming of the user stories Serve as focal point for any pre-sprint or in-sprint inquiries from the sprint team. Confirm that technical architecture and technical design aligns to the short-term and long-term product vision. Execute the acceptance process for user stories Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products. Participate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
