## About the Role

* Experience and extreme interest in AI and automations
 * Experience building real projects (apps, tools, automations, etc.)
 * Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
 * Familiar with APIs and integrations
 * Experience with JavaScript, Python, Lovable, Base44, Bolt or similar
 * Bonus: experience with no-code tools (Bubble, Zapier, Make, etc.) or AI integrations

Nice to have (not required):

 * Startup or fast-paced environment experience
 * Experience in Data Science and Lead Generation
 * Data handling / scraping / workflow automation
 * Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms

## Description

We're a small but fast-moving team building internal tools, automations, sales verticals and data-driven systems. Looking for someone who can help turn ideas into working products without a ton of hand-holding.

This is a hybrid role - some in-person collaboration in St. Pete, some remote work. We care more about output than sitting in a chair 24/7.

What you'll be doing:

 * Maximizing Security, Building and improving internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
 * Connecting APIs and automating processes
 * Working directly with the founder to bring ideas to life quickly
 * Troubleshooting and improving existing systems
