Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 12+ years of overall IT experience. 7+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience. Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Strong expertise in:o D365 Saleso D365 Marketing / Customer Insights - Journeyso D365 Customer Service Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Consulting* Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.* Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.* Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.* Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.* Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Dynamics 365 Sales* Design and implement:o Lead Managemento Opportunity Managemento Account & Contact Managemento Sales Forecastingo Sales Pipeline Managemento Territory Managemento Quote-to-Order Processeso Sales Insights and AI-Driven Selling
