Preferred Skills and Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical data analysis, data science, or data warehousing. * Demonstrated business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration. * Hands-on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Python. * Strong proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries. * Experience with reporting and development tools such as Power BI, SQL Developer, Visual Studio, and Qlik. * Experience working with pharmacy operations, pharmacy supply chains, and pharmacy-related data. * Consulting and/or Specialty Pharmacy (SP) experience preferred, including exposure to SP operations, SP data reporting, specialty drug development, or specialty medication lifecycle management. * Solid understanding of Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling and the ability to explore, profile, and prepare large datasets. * Knowledge of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data formats. ## Description The Data Analyst is responsible for interpreting complex datasets, developing analytical processes, and maintaining data systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability while delivering actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
