Systems & Cloud Architecture: 5 or more years of deep systems engineering and cloud architecture experience, with a proven track record of building, breaking, and rebuilding complex enterprise infrastructure. HPC & System Design:Demonstrated hands-on expertise in system design, configuration, and usability within production HPC environments. Modernization Leadership:Proven experience leading infrastructure modernization and executing incremental migrations (rather than simple "lift and shift" approaches). Stakeholder & Business Acumen:Strong background in corporate services and stakeholder management, with the ability to build ROI models and translate complex technical decisions for executives, security teams, and developers. Compliance & Security:Familiarity with agency-specific cloud compliance nuances, particularly the processes surrounding Authority to Operate (ATO) and secure operations.
