## Description

Als Developer Microsoft Dynamic bist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

 * CRM Weiterentwicklung: Verantwortung für Support, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Dynamics 365 Landschaft in den Bereichen Sales, Customer Service und Customer Insights.
 * Solution Design: Analyse technischer Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen in Abstimmung mit dem Solution Architect.
 * Custom Development: Erweiterung von Dynamics 365 durch individuelle Anpassungen sowie Entwicklung in C# und TypeScript.
 * Schnittstellenentwicklung: Entwicklung und Pflege von Integrationen zu Drittsystemen wie SAP, Reporting Services sowie Web Frontends und Backend Komponenten.
 * Support & Troubleshooting: Eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexer Supportfälle und technische Umsetzung neuer User Stories.
 * Cross Functional Collaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Systemintegration.
