Core Competencies * To be customer driven and focused, loving to collaborate with different people. * An entrepreneurial attitude - taking initiative and making things happen. * Be analytical and insight-driven: curious about banking and business performance, able to identify patterns in data and translate them into concise, relevant conclusions. * Open to learn other dashboarding solutions * Banking knowledge is a plus * Be able to influence and convince peers and stakeholders by clearly explaining analytical results, business implications and recommended actions. * Fluent in English and Dutch or French ## Description * Translate business questions into relevant views, datasets and data products that make insights easy to access and use. * Maintain, design and optimize Power BI data models to deliver high-performing, scalable and trusted reporting solutions for management and front-office teams. * Develop, automate and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring that available data is transformed into meaningful insights that support performance steering, prioritization and decision-making. * Create compelling visualizations and narratives that translate complex data into clear, intuitive and business-relevant stories., Data Modeling and Collaboration: * Partner with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, clarify problem statements and define how available data should be transformed, enriched and presented for maximum impact. * Design and optimize Power BI data models that are robust, performant and intuitive, enabling advanced features such as hierarchical filtering, drill-down analysis and multi-level organizational structures.
